A Celebration of Local Produce

Join us at Melrose Station, Killarney on the 22nd March 2014 for a culinary event to celebrate the amazing array of fresh, seasonal produce from our own backyard, the Southern Downs region. Organised by Killarney local and Brisbane based chef Jocelyn Hancock and local restaurateur Bev Ruskey this is a not to be missed lunch featuring only locally produced meat and produce and will be peppered with educational presentations by our growers, featuring Alison Alexander.

Jocelyn Hancock, Patron Chef of Alfred & Constance in Brisbane and Bev Ruskey, Spring Creek Mountain Café are passionate about whole foods, sustainable farming and seasonal cooking. Using the seasonal ingredients as their inspiration, the menu will be a surprise depending on what produce is standout on the day.
